The journey to becoming and practicing wellness isn't linear and comes with significant challenges. My greatest desire is to help you achieve WELLNESS (mind, body, spirit)-- assessing where you are, where you want to be, and how to get from point A to B. Being present induces our ability to breathe, heal, see with clarity, and accomplish goals.

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Trinity Ward LPC-S), Professional Life Coach & Registered Yoga Instructor. The therapeutic relationship is a sacred space for growth, insight, and change. I work collaboratively with clients helping them to connect to their best selves and maximize their strengths in a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe space. I practice a strength-based, trauma-informed approach that includes integrative modalities individualized to each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. This work is a process; we explore and examine your desired goals and story together.
My areas of specialties are adolescents/teens, adults, couples, and individuals dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, women issues, and parenting related concerns.
My own experiences of failure and success help me to serve you with integrity, humility, and empathy. While I have been trained in various counseling techniques and arenas, I am not an expert on your life. I honor each individual's unique lived experience and intersecting identities. I'm intentional about providing a compassionate and supportive environment for my clients to connect to and transform their personal story in ways that reflect wellness, long-term growth, and freedom.
